and dont move the car!!!

i would suggest you get the front wheel off and check it for damage. use a trolly jack, it will be more stable on the slope.

it is possible to take the shock strut off (then get the spring replaced and refitted leaving the car inplace.)

if you move the car you risk ripping the tyre wall open.
can you get hold of a bald/heavily worn spare from a breakers yard ? only 10-15 for a scrappy one.
cable ties might help to strap the broken bits that stick out from shifting and ripping the tyre.

only other option is to try and get the lower broken part of the spring off or wind it down till its on the hub, then you may get away with moving the car.

remember you must get both of the front (springs) replaced and consider changing the rear ones as well.
