Clio bonnet adjustment

ok my lad has bought himself a mk1 1.2 clio

this means i will havae to go from nurse to mechanic(again!) so can I ask a question, will a williams bonnet with scoop fit the mk1 clio? he has bought one and I know it will fit but is it adjustable to make the panel gaps smaller ?if so what and where is the adjustment. Whilst I realise this is body work can I also ask the easiest way of getting the starter motor off, as his is clicking and only occasionally working and I suspect either the solenoid is shot or the motor is as grubby as the rest of the engine.

and finally where does he get the mesh/etc to go in the scoop of the bonnet???

Cheersv forany help
