Re: can i fit/replace my Clio bumper myself?

In terms of tools, a good socket set, and some torx & allen bolt keys would be necessary.

Athough fiddly plastic clips will be present, these are used primarily to hold the bumper flush to the bodywork - there will be at least 2 securing bolts to firmly hold the bumper in place which are normally accessed either from under the bonnet or from underneath the car itself - so the car may need to be raised & supported securely to allow access.

The wheelarch liners may be bolted onto the inside of the bumper fitting, again, the new bumper is invaluable as acting as a template showing where & what needs undoing.

Best of luck, and plenty of WD-40 on the bolts.

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
