Re: Aftermarket Warranty for VS - What do you reckon?

Morning Oliver.

Well, I've always believed in buying items where they are plentiful, not scarce - and where should you look for parts for a French car? (even if just to compare costs)

Got to remember that although the UK VS died a death after on a couple of years on the market - the French one only recently ceased production - so there is a plentiful supply of new & nearly-new parts in circulation.

I had a warranty with warrantyworks for my Ka Lux, and although the price seemed very good, and the coverage seemed comprehensive - I had a claim for a thermostat rejected (galling, as it was the only claim I made under the policy). But don't let that put you off, by all means - check it out, after all, I'd have sooner been left to pay the 200 thermostat repair, than been left a bill like John would've had, if the warranty hadn't stepped in.

Another day, another one to consider!

Tomorrow you;ll get your long-lie in.

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
