Oh yes (unless its a 'handed' item such as the floor mats), then France is the best bet.

You are very lucky in being able to leave you VS for such periods of time - mine would quite often not start if left more than a day (I was carrying a spare battery & jump leads in the boot), and yet the Auto Electrician couldn't find a fault.

I know you will be driving cautiously on these roads anywaym but after a few miles of gentle braking, the discs will be as good as new.
