Re: Using as little petrol as possible?

SharkBate,To be honest with you while you are learning I would concentrate more on the driving than petrol consumption. Once you are confident in your abilities and aware of what's going on around you then you should be able learn to drive correctly. As a tip to start treat the pedals as if they are a freshly laid egg and apply light pressure so as not to break them. As your confidence grows you should start looking further ahead than the bonnet and adapt your speed according to road conditions and other motorists. Always keep everything smooth so don't break or accelerate suddenly and keep a safe distance from the vehicle in front.
Once you have passed your test you will still have lots to learn so drive responsibly.
Remember though driving should be enjoyable.
