Re: Using as little petrol as possible?

Thanks everyone for your great tips and good luck messages.

I know while being a learner driver, I shouldn't really be focusing on petrol consumption, but I personally think that if you use as little petrol as possible, you're being more friendly to the environment and during my test, I'm sure I can please the examiner . Better to start early than late.

Can I just ask, why is it that braking too harshly uses up more petrol?

Thanks guys for the advice!
