Re: Bumper hole, need to do a stranger a favor..

should be able to source another bumper for about 100 or less, dont forget there are a load of little clips underneath (1.30each) that clip the bottom of the bumper to the rear panel, any knocks and they tend to break off.

you will need to remove the bumper to check the crushable blocks behind for damage and to see if theres any problems with the rear valance.

to remove bumper (remove lights, x2 screws behind the lights at the bottom, x2 screws on lower boot surround(under covers), x1 clip in rear wheel arch in corner(hard to find, fidly), x4 clips under bottom of bumper)
looks like modern renault bumpers are designed to snap off if hit hard enough.

you might be lucky to source a replacement good panel with matching colour from a breakers yard.
its gonna be about the same price of a SMART to respray the panel after patching the hole.

they are easy enough to patch, either fibreglass or polypropolyne panels, its the blend-in on the respray that is gonna cost the most.

Spare parts available for 2001 Scenic 1.9Dci, 97 Lag1, 02 Lag2.
everythings gotta go....
cheap prices...
