Hi there.

Yes, that sum should cover it (even if its a secondhand bumper & paint).

If its at all possible, I would try to push the plastic (which has been displaced) back into line - then add some body filler (Plastic Padding) onto the inside to help hold it in place. The GB sticker shhould be stuck in place but unless the surface is completely smooth - don't press the sticker absolutely flush - leave a small (but strategic) air bubble over the uneven spot.

Just thought - this makes me sound like a real 'Arfur Daley', but believe it or not, I've seen second-hand car dealers do this....
