I would seriously think about pad changing at 3mm.
Just a personal preference as I don't take chances when it comes to brakes. If it doesn't stop, you're in the mire, big time!
im not one for letting the brakes get thin, the discs are done but the pads still have about 5mm left on them
I want drilled and grooved discs for the back too so i will do them all at the same time. might just use standard pads though as the uprated ones seem to be very abrasive on the discs
i think its £100 for the discs all round or £140 for the discs and pads all round. thats uprated pads though
