Its going to take how long?

i have a 57plate clio 1.5 dci still under warrenty bought as a driving school car ,bought brand new. two days ago alternator lost its pully wheel ,a common problem im led to belive!!! had the car towed by the AA to my dealership ok im thinking cars going to be off the road 2 maybe 4 days max . sorry sir cant look at it 4 12 days , im thinking this is my livlihood here help me out nothing ,ok just get a tech to look at it deam it undriveable. fax my insurance company and i can get a replacement car 4 3days than 35 a day till you people fix it ! nothing a phone call to renault customer services gets my letter to insurance at least! this cant be the kind of service im going to keep getting from renault .please tell me this is a one off !!!!
