Thumbs up Renault Laguna II - Phase 1 - Electronics - Radio and Clock feed fuse

Hi As a newbie please be gentle with me.

I have put the virtual card behind the bar for you all to help yourself to a pint, glass of wine or a cocktail if that's yer fancy

I have just fitted a replacement head unit and after finally getting all the wires back behind the dash, I found that the radio and clock didn't work.

I have checked all the fuses that I can find and discovered that when 12v is applied to the yellow wire on the ISO connector, both the clock and radio work so I guess the wiring is intact

Can anyone suggest where I look for faults or can assist in the diagnosis?

BTW Silly Car refers to the previous stead a Toyota Celica 190 which was really a silly car
