The unit held on by the bolts is the damper stop valve and should be secure otherwise either the damper valve may float about or worse stilll there will a leak in the inlet air being fed from the
. Either of these aspects will cause poor running.
Any similar bolts of equal thread, diameter and length should do but fitting spring washers would also reduce the risk of the loosening again.
