The scuttle drains can get blocked with crud. If you pour water into the scutle area the water should drain easily out behind both front wheels.
If not then you may be better removing the inner liners to the rear of the front wheel arches. This area is notorious for gathering crud.
You'll need to jack the car up remove the wheels undo the clips holding the plastic liner which should revel the nds of the drain pipes. It is likely some of the retaining clips may break whilst undoing them so go carefully but I believe replacemnt clips are available from Renault dealers.
