I also have a Peugeot 110 HDI and the service intervals on this vehicle are 8K so a definate improvemnet on that I feel.

The shortened service interval is a bit of a pain, but I think every other one is just an oil and filter change, so it shouldn't break the bank. I've had mine a little over six months, and it's already been in for its first two services.
