Hi Scotty - welcome to the forum.

I suggest you first check the scuttle (panel at the bottom of the windscreen) drains ain't blocked - a fairly common problem and not just on Renaults.

Edit- Reading your other post It seems your pollen filter has got soaked and will need replaced. If the heater blower motor is allowed to run with restricted air-flow it can burn out.
