During damp weather it is not unusual for a slight film of rust to gather on the surface of the brakes and will disappear after the brakes have been used or warmed up. On the other hand if it were a sticky shock absorber only further investigation may reveal the problem. Sadly Scenics do have a history of seizing rear shocks and eventually break in some cases.
I suggest you keep a close watch and wait until either it gets worse or the weather improves.
