Hi there Vinny, and welcome.

Wasn't aware the bonnets were plastic, but plastic can be warmed and re-shaped back (ot at least quite close to) the original shape.

The main aspect is to apply heat gently (you risk damaging the paint, or worse still - melting the plastic) if you use too much, and to be very gradual.

So its warm, apply a steady force to 'bend' into shape, allow to cool down, then move along a bit at a time.
