Dealers (of any manufacturer) quite often think it is them doing us a favour by selling us their 'wonderful' cars,but the reality of the situation is some what different.
If you want good customer service,then buy Japanese.I don't know if you've ever seen or read about the surveys done by JD Power for Top Gear,but they tell their own story.I think that 8 of the top 10 cars in the survey were Japanese,and a lot of that is due to the way the cars and customers were looked after by the dealers.
French and German dealers were near the bottom............
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
