Please help with these "conscience" issues before selling Megane 2006 2L Auto petrol

I am selling my sometimes-loved, always-enjoyed Meg. I bought it new in July 07, it has 39.6K kilometers on the clock, and is under warranty until end June this year. All services have been done on time, all maintenance and repair work has been done at the dealership. The 40K km service has just been completed. The car has not suffered any major driving traumas, though it has had some repaired-under-warranty issues, such as window motor, AC, water pump, and a clutch problem.

I am about to close the sale, and I want to dispose of some nagging doubts about the car before I do. I want to be sure that Renault fixes any potential problems indicated by the symptoms I list below under warranty and before the car leaves my hands:

1. brakes are a little soft at speed, though they grab at very low speed (I will ask the workshop to check the pads - not sure if that was done last service)

2. on occasion, I have noticed that when I turn the steering wheel fully to stop to the right it is followed a half second later by a single faint knock felt in the steering column

3. when decelerating to a stop, just before actually stopping, the revs dip to ~500rpm and the engine judders, before adjusting the revs up to the normal 800-900rpm. Similarly, when starting up, there is a second or two when the revs hesitate at ~500rpm before adjusting up to normal, with the same juddering

4. two or three times a week, when at low speed and the engine is under extra load, eg when I accelerate up a steep incline, and the gearbox is changing up or down through 1st and 2nd, the gear change is extremely rough, a very hard thud

I would be very grateful to hear from members their opinion about whether these symptoms really do indicate some potential (and possibly expensive) problem, especially if you recognise any known problems with this model in these symptoms (I have spent an hour or so reading through the relevant threads on the site). I want to let the car go with a clear conscience that I have done what I could to ensure it's fit for purpose.

Many thanks.
