Save your money.
Some of the additives may clean the fuel system and help but you still need to add regularly and they are not that cheap.

The benefits any of these things will give you if they give any benefits at all will be marginal.

The best way of saving fuel is driving slower, brake less harshly,shut windows and dont leave air con on continuously. Remove roof racks/bars when not in use.

You will save far more fuel by adopting these measures and also they don't cost you any more either. Whereas you would have to recoup the cost of the additives etc first befoe you started noticing a saving.
