Re: Car colour

Hi there Mick.

Your Son-in-Law is quite correct.

It is a common view that I encounter all the time, people think black is black, silver is silver, or in this case - white is white (it isn't).

If it were that easy - my life would be much less complicated!

Having researched the year & model of your car - it is one of 2 possibilities; 369 Blanc Glacier (2C)

389 Blanc Glacier

You will also need to use a white primer to get the basecoat at the correct shade, then I'd recommend a few light coats of lacquer to finish off & protect the paint.

Each panel should be compounded beforehand to remove contaminants, and freshen-up the old paint before painting. (which should be done indoors)

I'm attaching a guide to how you should be able to obtain your paint code - it should be on the driver's door pillar (where the seatbelt's mounted).

Any further questions, just fire away.

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
