Yeh VOSA seem to be known for dragging their heels when providing info., to the public. For instance when asked to publish dteails relating to MOT pass rates they dithered and then when they eventually published the info., it was kinda jumbled (dogs dinner spring to mind).
As a member of the public I tend to get the opinion that VOSA are in the pockets of the motor business and do not act entirely in the public interest. VOSA may argue they have the interests of the public at heart but in my view their public image just doesn't seem to reflect such.
