Sensor may have been damaged by tyre fitter? Was the wheel put back in the right place?
Alternatively over inflate the tyre by a few psi, then rapidly deflate it again, before re-inflating to correct pressure.
I think it can take several minutes for the "updated" info from the sensor to be read by the control box, so after a decent run the pressure readings should be ok, unless of course there is a problem.
