Touch wood so far I've been lucky and never had to remove one. (Fingers crossed)

However from what I've seen they're pretty much all the same. I did see an AA Guy clean one on my FIL's car a 1.6 2002 scenic, the battery had to be removed to gain access (Make sure you have the radio code handy) This Guy had a good full set of tools & completed the the job in 15-20 minutes, albeit he only removed / cleaned / & replaced the original.

BTW from what I've seen on here, it's a cool Idea to turn on the side lights before reconnecting the battery to avoid frying the electronics, however the AA Guy didn't, without any problem.

1.6 Valve-Matic SR. Red hot, toasty feet.
