i personally wouldnt touch it, its all metalic laquered paintwork, so any DIY job will make a pigs ear of it. (and you definatly wont be able to get an exact colour match from that bike shop anyway)
For the front bumper i would think a specialist like our resident forum SMART Technicians on here would charge about £75 for the entire side bumper and maybe a little less (£25-50ish) for the wing arch edge to blend it in. not sure about the rear bumper, as thats a lot more area to cover, maybe £100 or so.
id keep away from the bike shop, check out your local yellow pages for SMART paint repair technicians.
take the car to several, get it inspected and get quotes before proceeding.
and i'd keep it off the insurance or you will mess up your rates in future, and anyway you'd probably have to pay out just as much on the excess.
best of luck hunting down the incompetant driver that caused the front end damage.
