Looking at a 57 plate MK 3 Lag

Hi all
Iím looking for a new car and have found a mk3 Laguna; itís a 2008 on a 57 plate 2.0 dci (130 bhp) 5 Doors, manual, hatchback, diesel, metallic grey. navigation system, air conditioning, alloy wheels, , rear electric windows, , trip computer, alarm, traction control, ect ect
Itís got a screen price of £6,484 but as itís an ex lease car it has 70000 on the clock but has got a comprehensive main dealer service history.

My first instincts are to be a bit wary but what does my Renault family think:
