Re: How To Treat a Garage to Avoid Getting Conned?

I took my clio to the garage to have some work done on the inside of the door, where you put your hand to open the door.

And also the expansion bottle was split.

As it was going to take 5 days for the parts to come in I took my car home.

I returned to have the expansion bottle put in. I tried to drive later that day and it just wouldn't start, this was on Monday night.

They have or are still running a diagnostic on it, but they still (last time I called) do not know what is wrong with it.

How long can a diagnostic check take?

Before the diagnostic was scheduled they said that it was probably the Crank Shaft Sensor!!!

Who knows what it could be.

I'm just wondering how much they are going to charge me as the cost before was 415 and now that it doesn't start - well i dread to think!!

Currently in Marisol's garage:
Clio Etoile Automatic
