Bit worried - are Service Exchange parts any good?

Hi, have just found out that my dealer has ordered a 'Service Exchange' calliper from Renault France. I really thought they would have ordered a brand new one. Sure, the Service Exchange one costs 100 less, but is the 100 saving to me worth it or are (official Renault) Service Exchange parts not up to the standards of brand new parts? Renault blurb says they are fully refurbished and the quality is still there, but I've often steered away from anything refurbished unless a new one would cost a crazy lot more. Maybe with something as 'minor' as a calliper, I'll be ok, but what do you all reckon?
