By phone, try 08000 72 33 74 and ask for him by name. I've never actually phoned him (but he has phoned me and given me this number).

Bear in mind there are a lot of new procedures related to key programming because of car theft.

So this may well be why they are taking a long time. No excuse really but they have to get the key from Renault first and that needs proof of ownership and a host of other bureaucracy.

What reason is the dealer giving you for the delay?
