Well I am looking forward for an apology from the Department of Transport on this email - it's quite unsupportive to the say the least!
I can only imagine the type of emails that go back and forth to VOSA and DOT on this matter that we don't see. Maybe I should just request a FoI request from the DoT now
The biggest problem is that we have a change in UK Government but the same morons in the the Civil Service office...!!
I really don't care what happens to her personally - ultimately this email "represents" the DoT stand on this matter...so it really is the DoT that is been called into disrepute...and the top man that is responsible is the Honourably Phillip Hammond MP (Secretary of State for Transport)...
Hey-ho...lets see what he has got to say for himself now ...
