we use a really fine juniour hack saw with as many teeth per inchas you can get to cut the bumpers. but always cover the paint side in masking tape first this helps you to mark out and also helps the paint from flaking away from the bumper. also we have a guy at work who uses a hot peice of wire stuck in his soldering iron we laugh at him but it works really well and looks pretty neat as the edge is smooth and dosnt need sanding.
