Can't help you with the part number (sorry) But.......
Make sure you know what make of calipers you have before buying any pads! As far as I know, there's about 3 different makes good old Renault could have used
Mine has ATE calipers front and back, but there is also BENDIX and GURLING( <-- not sure if Renault use these, but Peugot do!) and the pads are all slightly different shapes
My dealership suggested I purchased all the different set of pads first, then returned the pads I did'nt need and get a refund
Needless to say all I did was take a front and back wheel off and looked at the calipers before buying the pads
Would also suggest buying the pads from a motorfactors instead of Renault! I was quoted £40 for the fronts, but got front and backs for just over £50 from a local motorfactors!!
