Re: Peeling paint

Hi and welcome.

As far as I'm aware, the cars come with a 3year paint warranty, so don't delay getting to the dealer.

The paint warranty covers against issues arising from a flaw in the manufacturing process, so as long as its not been caused by bird droppings (or other such exterior factors, like stonechipping), then there shouldn't be a problem in processing a claim.

But don't delay, as its your responsibility to act on this as soon as its noticed, plus there are only a few months left on the warranty.

Have you owned the car since new?

This job should never be complete - the day I think I've done it all, is the day I resign.
