[QUOTE=hu88ertvelsat;637581]Yep, I'm really pleased the garage has still got my undertray and will be fitting it early next week.

They told me that they've got a whole load of undertrays in their storeroom, which usually just remain there "til someone claims them",QUOTE]

The last sentence speaks volumes about this garages good customer service - doesn't it. Someone should award them a medal.

There are many car owners out their who either don't have the knowledge or skill or maybe not even fit enough to get down and look under their car and it would appear this garage is deliberately exploiting that fact. In fact retaining these components is theft. It some cases it would cost 250 plus to replace these items.
Now ask yourself if a someone broke into your home and stole 250 worth of your belongings what would you do or expect.

I would seriously ask myself would I use such a garage or better still recommend it to others.
