Re: Undertray Poll

I do totally agree with you. It's like any supplier taking something from you, which yes is basically theft, and then saying it's down to you the owner/customer to make sure you claim it back - bizarre!

I'm running out of options though, as the highly-recommended independent specialist I took my car to last year let me down badly in various ways, so then I tried this highly recommended dealer for this year, and this ends up happening. I'd definitely have recommended them before this undertray issue, but it sure is lucky I have access to another Vel Satis I can easily compare mine to, otherwise I might never have checked and got it refitted!

Nobody would go to the lenghts of getting their car taken back to the garage on a trailer, would they? So even if I didn't have to make another trip this weekend, I'd still have to make the trip back to the dealer early next week, so if anything did happen enroute to the dealer e.g. a stone or something, do I hav any come-back, as not putting MY undertray back on is their admitted fault?
