Hello and welcome to the forum.
Oilys right,you will need to have it inspected once it's been repaired,Cat C's need a VIC check (I don't know how much this costs or whats involved to be honest).
If you do decide to repair it,I would concentrate on getting the suspension damage repaired first,then have a full wheel alignment check done before even touching the bodywork.Once it drives straight then you can concentrate on repairing the visable damage,getting the suspension and steering lined up can be an expensive process and there is usually something that comes out of the woodwork to bite you!.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
