The master cylinder is split to opposite sides,i.e nearside front,offside rear and offside front,nearside rear,for both fronts to be stick on through the master cylinder then the rears must also be stuck on.I personally wouldn't have suspected the master cylinder anyway in this instance,but as it's already been changed and the problem is still there then it's 99.9% ruled out the master cylinder.

It is an odd one though,both fronts to be stuck together is unusual.......

What happens if you release the bleed nipples on both front wheels when they are stuck on?.Do they release as soon as fluid comes out of the nipples?.(oo-er missus)

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
