Hey folks i fixed it. I have included a guide to show how.

First have a slim flat bladed screw driver, a 4mm or 5mm allan key and a star drive I used a T20.

OK step 1 prize off the map light and courtesy light by the two slots at the rear displayed in the first pic by 2 red dots.

Be carefull as these 2 units are connected with wire plugs so take care on removal as not to damage anything. Unplug the wires .

When done you will see the sunroof motor exposed.

What i did next was to open the sunroof all the way (not tilt) then undid the 3 bolts not all the way about 8ish turns just enough for the motor to drop away from the sunroof geering in the pictures below.



Then pressed the sunroof button again for the open fully position to ensure that the motor was in the correct position. Then reseated the motor and tightened up the screws again, ran a few times to ensure working properly, Then just replaced the map and courtessey light after re-attaching the wireing.

Hope somebody else finds this usefull..
