I dont no why they do not make a headlight that can be changed with a switch it would be better. at the end of the day they have headlights that turn as you turn a coner now so i carnt see it being too hard to do for them.
Headlights that turn with the steering is nothing new - the idea has been around since the 1960's - available in the Citroen Pallas if I remember correctly.
Older headlights which could be dismantled were made primarily of pressed steel where prone to leaking and about as bright as a couple of candles and oh how they rusted. Modern plastic headlights have critical focal lengths and are are much more reliable.
