Re: Lower Ball Joint Replacement Complete, Now Odd Noise
Thought I'd update this issue incase anyone has similar problem in the future. It turns out that the new ball joint was incorrect for the vehicle (despite it being advertised as correct)
The ball joint was rubbing on the abs ring which was making the noise. Although both me and my dad had checked the parts were the same it would appear the new ball joints are 1-2mm longer causing the rubbing
After contacting the supplier and explaining the part they supplied me for my vehicle was incorrect and has caused further damage to the vehicle they are refusing to give me a refund, supply me with new parts at a discount cost, or doing anything helpful.I will certainly be staying clear of them in the future!
