Having read your first post again,when the fault occurs,does the engine rev at 3,000rpm on idle?.This is quite a common fault and all the ones on the forum that have done this have been cured by replacing the

I'm sure that if the Renualt dealer in question could be bothered,then they could find out just what the 'unidentified' part means.After all,the code sounds like a manufacturer specific one,and they're supposed to be the experts.......!.I'm sure they have a technical hotline that they could ring and get some more info on this problem.
I'd be tempted to try a different dealer,but it does seem to be a little bit hit and miss and to how helpful they will be.It might even be worth trying a local independant auto electrician or specialist.
