Ideally you need a hydraulic press to be able to remove the old bearing and fit a new one,it's not an expensive job at a decent independant garage though.Bearings are around the £25 mark each,it's a half hour job max for a garage.If you want to save yourself some money,type your reg number into the Eurocarparts website and source a bearing,then remove the brake drum yourself and take it to your local garage for them to press the old one out and new one in (they'll probably charge a tenner or so),you can then fit the drum back on yourself.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
