It is not recommended to use a high pressure washer on brake components - water can get forced into to both the seals and caliper slide pins where water wouln't normally reach under normal road conditions so you could end upo with a seized caliper - not a cheap fix. Even at that it is only a short term solution so why bother.
There are a number of proprietry products out there which can be used on the backs of the pads to reduce brake squeel. And don't use copper grease as so many mechanics seem to recommend - it rots the rubber caliper piston seals.
