You would be better advised to find a good independant Renault specialist rather than instantly taking your car to a main dealer.Even some dealer technicians have come on to the forum saying that they should only ever be used for warranty work and little all else as you will get as good (if not better) service from an independant specialist who will charge half the labour rate.
I agree But this was not the first time their diagnostic equipment had failed to find the fault and I ended up paying for quite extensive labour charges not to fix it but to find it. in this particular case the fault was already diagnosed yet Im still charged for manual diagnosis
