Yes the handbook is the "same"as the owners manual, some people call them by different names.

Good question.
The answer - a lot of people get carried away on ebay and don't think or bother to get the original price from a manufacturer first. They get set in their mind what they want and often forget things can be bought cheaper elsewhere, add on top the postage and packaging & you could get well and truly ripped off on ebay .
Always do your homework first and set a maximum price to bid and don't go over that!
