I was under the impression that the newer Espace with Xenons was the only Renault in the range that had switches on the back of the headlamps to alter the beam.?

IF not you can use normal deflectors but it is cheaper in the long run( esp if you go abroad regularly) to buy headlight protectors and stick the beam deflectors on them.This also saves a lot of time at the ferry ports as the protectors just clip on and off. Also you don't have to try and remove sticky gunge from headlights afterwards and risk damaging the surface.
