havnt yet but read this post below..... i think the part about adjusting the screws might be the solution im gonna try it 2morro will let you know if it works.....
Scenic sun roof leaks (often coming out of overhead light console, or flooding footwells) can be fixed with a toothbrush, hot warm soapy water and some silicon grease.
Open the sunroof
. With the toothbrush and hot water, throughly clean the felt seal that runs round the sunroof
glass. Wait until dry.
Apply liberal doses of silicon grease to the newly cleaned seal. Close sunroof
lies perfectly flat with seal just proud of the roofline. (No more than 1 or 2mm above). Adjust if necessary using torx keys to loosen the 4 mounting bolts, one at a time, moving the roof up or down a fraction as necessary.
Close and wait for rain..."
