over heating rear brakes

2000 w reg 1.9 dci laguna

Hey Guys
Quick question my rear brake discs get very very hot even on a short journey, But they spin nice and freeley when i jack it up very strange. I know a solid disc gets hoter than a vented disc but 75% of the braking should be on the front any ideas???
