people don't seem to be too outraged by this treatment
Its a difficult one as they claim all they do is make a programming update to the ECU , but the result is alot more of these issues of them not releasing. The biggest crime is that Renault only sell the whole handbrake assembly as a complete and bloomin expensive item. The fact they say nothing is wrong makes it all the worst - the same was said to me, when frankly its obvious its not.

The clutch issue I'm afraid can only be put down to your wife, I'd of probably done the same thing to be honest but yeah its a result of that unit failing, if it hadn't of happened she wouldn't of burnt your clutch out.

The automatic hand brake is great, but something is seriously wrong with its design. Considering the Espace, Vel satis and Laguna all have similar automtaic hand brakes and report very few failures - how is it Renault has dropped the ball so badly with this?
